For buffets, menus selections are plattered separately and are beautifully decorated and garnished, with our experienced wait staff in attendance at all times to describe the dishes and serve. And, East West NEVER uses chaffing dishes. Our food arrives at the buffet table continuously from the kitchen hot and fresh.
