JP and I are back home after a wonderful wedding trip to St. John. We both wanted to thank you for the truly exceptional event that you created for our wedding reception. The table was beautiful, and most importantly the food was superb! The dinner was a very important aspect of the wedding for both of us, and you exceeded our expectations.

Julie (and the East West staff),
We needed to write you a hearty letter of thanks
for your EXCELLENT job at our wedding at Gibney
Beach last week. We truly cannot say enough
about your professional nature and thorough
planning skills. From the first conversation,
we knew we had picked the right caterer, and
your prompt responses and attention to detail
were reassuring to both of us as we were able
to focus on other aspects of the week.
But truly, the greatest thanks is for the
absolutely OUTSTANDING food! We have been
to many weddings,
but this was easily the best-catered meal
we’ve
ever had! Almost every guest agreed and
commented on the delicious lobster, grouper
and pork
entrees, let alone the appetizers and side
dishes. (Can we have the recipe for the
lime shrimp and miso sauce?)
The setting and decorations were excellent,
your staff friendly and professional, and your
arrangements were just as your had described
them. Of all the people we dealt with in planning
our own destination wedding, East West Catering
was easily the most professional, dependable
and beyond-satisfactory company. You absolutely
made our wedding special.
We truly consider your work to be excellent
and look forward to planning a meal or two
with you in the future when we return to the
