All fees listed below pertain to parties of larger than 8 persons.

All basic fees listed are the minimum for service.

All basic fees listed cover up to a 5 hours event time including set-up and break down.

Please see "additional fees" for events over 5 hours in length.

All parties over 12 persons will
require a sous chef.

All parties over 6 persons will
require a server.

|
Dependent upon menu and style of event, number of servers and/or bartenders will be determined by East West Catering.

| 20% Gratuity will be added to all parties |
| 4% Government tax will be added to all parties |
